This depends on the circumstances for me.
If I feel that the player is trying to distract the thrower or cause confusion to the offense, I've got nothing (same as yelling "ball, ball, ball" while on defense). This would be my default position -- I'm not looking to make this a big deal. However, if I think that this count is directed towards me as the official, then they are showing up the official and they will get a warning to knock it off, and if they did it again it would be a T.
