GoPro for Training?

Anyone have experience using GoPro technology for training in any way?
Any associations tried it?
Any officials worked with it for training on scrimmages?

A better idea in theory than execution. The camera won't track like an officials eyes, and thus gives an inaccurate look at what he's "seeing"

My thought was to use the google glass. Not sure if it has enough memory to do an entire game and definitely more expensive.

Or you could wear a helmet with the go pro attachment. That would look awesome.
