Disqualifaction and foul shots
A1 is fouled by B1 and takes offense to it. Both A1 and B1 receive a technical foul for unsporting behavior. It turns out the technical foul on A1 is his fifth foul. Team A has no substitutes for A1 and they are in the bonus. Who shoots the foul shots for A1?

Team A coach chooses from one of the four remaining players to shoot the FT's.
