FED Rule Book Error
Case 4.19.3E is listed both in Part 1 (page 3) and in Part 2 (page 32) of the rule book, but with slightly different wording on the ruling:
part 1: Illegal in (a) and (b); intentional foul due to excessive contact ... part 2: In (a), illegal and in (b), intentional foul due to excessive contact ... imo, the wording in Part 1 is correct.
