As you guessed, L was off screen on the right. Probably a bit too far wide since that would've put him out by the 3-point line. He doesn't move into frame on the video until the Black players start heading up court and White #35 starts to get up.
At roughly the 4:10 mark on the game clock the T was a little above the top of the 3-point arc tableside in the backcourt dealing with the press. If he made it into the frontcourt he didn't make it to the 28-foot line before the ball changed possession.
