I'm sure this is a HTBT situation but from the description it sounds as though no T should have been given. It's obvious Team A thought the game was over since there was no time on the clock (can I assume the horn sounded as well?).

Also, since it was determined Team B called a timeout before the end of the OT, Team A's team members were actually allowed to be on the court in their time-out area.
