Why AP arrow? Even though the ball is loose, the team did not lose Team Control. Give the ball back to the Offensive team at the nearest location of the ball.

Am I haveing a brain f@rt? Doesn't team control end with a shot attempt? The OP said the scrum occurred during rebounding action. That tells me there is no team control.
