No problem.

BNR said the second play was sent out as an NCAA video bulletin, as an example of a travel. BNR mentioned that before the video was sent out, he commented in this thread that the play was a travel.

JAR (you) asked what video this was (should have been obvious). You hoped it was sent out to remind officials not to miss this play.

Rich agreed it was a missed call, but thought it was not a big deal. Not worth more than a brief mention.

JAR (you) asked "mention to whom (NCAA officials) by whom (the NCAA)?

BNR said his post already mentioned that info (sent out as a video bulletin to NCAA officials by the NCAA).

JAR (you) said "No it doesn't" (it did).

AremRed (me) said "Read 'em (the posts) again".

JAR (you) replied "sometimes you have to speak really slowly to me" (what I am doing right now).

And that's where we are now. Make sense?

And there's the quote by BNR, which does not actually answer either question. (to whom, by whom)

Maybe you should read more slowly.

Read the 10 characters preceding the word "video", not to include spaces.

Anybody could make an NCAA-M video. However, the official NCAA-M videos, sent to NCAA-M officials or anyone else that pays the $100 fee to gain access, are sent to us and narrated by John Adams via the NCAA-M arbiter site.

I am surprised you don't know what it means when BNR refers to these videos or Jetmet refers to similar videos sent to NCAA-W officials. We have been discussing them on this forum for at least the last 3 years.

Do you honestly think that BNR is going to reference some random NCAA-Men's video?

No, I didn't think that for a minute. johnnyd answered the question. Was that so hard?

So, somebody explain further. BNR brought it up to me after the thread was quiet for two weeks, so I assumed that meant it had some significance. It was listed as a missed travel call, so was it the only one this year or one of 40 this week. I was curious for some perspective.
