Repeated throw in violation

Normally, breaking the plane of the throw in boundary reults in warning for DOG and then a team technical foul. 10-3-5d states that it is a player technical for "repeated violations of the throw-in, as in 9-2-10." SO if the same player violates twice it becomes a player technical instead of a team technical. Am I reading this correctly?

I thnk it's for "unsporting" actions, not accidentla actions. If the same player happens to break the plane twice, just a team T.
