No, a player dribbling from back court to front court must have three points in the front court before he has established front court status. Until that point, he is still in the back court.

If he stops dribbling, however, with both feet in the FC, he has established FC status and BC restrictions are in place.

I agree with Adam and Welpe for NFHS and NCAA. I seem to recall that FIBA might be different, and since Pat doesn't indicate ...

It's the same for the NBA as well. And I believe this was one of the rule changes in FIBA last year so as to match NFHS/NCAA/NBA.
