Not very realistic. Byron collar. Metal whistle. Earrings.
Of course the black belt, now that's realistic. Kudos to the costume designer for getting the black belt right. Definitely worthy of an Academy Award nomination in costume design. A Fox 40 whistle would have guaranteed the Award.
