When players/coaches are held accountable for their actions...they change their behavior.

When the NBA office enforced "flopping rules", look what happened.
When you enforce the coaches box - guess what happens?
When you enforce RSBQ principles - guess what happens?
When you enforce ANY rule - guess what happens?

My favorite officiating mantra applies: You Promote What You Permit
