I forget all the particulars but the ball was definitely tipped before time expired and definitely entered the basket after time expired. Teddy and crew got the call wrong. I may still have memo b/c at the time a very good friend of my was working in the CAA which has the same supervisor as the ACC.

This I just don't get. These are not obscure rules which I can understand messing up. I can also understand a new official (less than 3-4 years) getting this wrong too. But IMO stuff like this is pretty inexcusable.

I remember seeing video back when it happened and there was no doubt the basket should not have counted and the memo acknowledged as much. I'm quite sure we even discussed it here the forums.
