Elbows/Contact to the Head

Federation Rules:

What do you have?

1. B1 is guarding A1, and while A1 rips the ball high and arms are moving with the body he contacts his elbow with B1s head.

2. B1 is guarding A1, and while A1 rips the ball high and arms are moving faster than the body he contacts his elbow with B1s head.

3. B1 is guarding A1, and while A1 rips the ball high and intentionally contacts B1s head.

B1 in all situations have Legal Guarding Position.

I would need a video for all of these. So much depends on the player's reaction. And by rule the NF never changed there rule to make any of these automatically Intentional or Flagrant.

Peace

Without the benefit of video replay review, I going:

Intentional

Intentional

Flagrant (I'd have to be 1000% sure!)

1. PC (or Intentional Personal Foul depending upon how your area/state is interpreting the NFHS instruction)
2. Intentional Personal Foul
3. Flagrant Personal Foul
Answers are basically straight from the POE this season.
