Don't be misled by elbow discussions this season into thinking that you should call an intentional (personal) foul on that (the second one).

Yes indeed. Some folks in my area are locked into "moving elbow + contact above neck = INT," and that's a mistake (as this vid shows).

He was not going to see the first one that well IMO. A center official might have seen the entire exchange and called accordingly. The second one clearly was missed and should not have been missed. Also not knowing what time of the game this happened also would add to my opinion as to the first action. This is what you get when you try to hire officials on the cheap.

Right. That's what I was referring to. Most quick elbows missed in 2-person games would've been caught with 3-official crews, IMO. But not all of them -- that's why the big boys go to the monitor.

The first one was totally on the sly and hard to catch ... I can see how they missed it ... even with 3 officials she might get away with that one because either T or C will be on ball and you will need the off-ball official to catch it.

But the second one? No excuse! Lead should be watching those two players to begin with.

Here's a hint: Players do not just stop playing and put their face in their hands for no reason.
