We're getting a lot of confusion here in 100% IAABO, 99% Two Man, Connecticut on out of bounds plays in the frontcourt above the free throw line extended on the lead's side. IAABO is clamping down on this being the trail's responsibility. It's in everyone's pregame, but it's still causing confusion. Some double whistles. Some late whistles after pregnant pauses. Easy for the trail to get the skip pass that goes out of bounds, but almost impossible to get the caught skip pass where the catcher is just barely standing on the sideline, especially when that player is standing right in front of a coach.
We're never going back to the old coverage where the lead has the entire sideline. I plan on officiating several more years. Help?
