B1 checks in the game in the first half. He scores and then commits a personal foul on A1. My partner reports the foul. The table says B1 is not in the book. Is it too late to assess a admin. Tech. Foul on team B since they didnt notice he wasn't in the book at the time he checked into the game?

What does the book say about when the T is assessed? (or to ask it another way, what's the T for -- entering the game, or being put in the book?)

Right. So, if they put him in the book at the time you reported the foul and not at the time he entered the game, ...

Not for this infraction...penalize when the name is added. The penalize when discovered applies to teammates wearing the same number, I believe.
