Only things I don't see listed already are:
1 Snickers bar (I eat anywhere from a single bite to the whole thing between 1 hour to 45 minutes before tip) 1 Gatorade small pregame drink thing (30 minutes before tip) 1 Gatorade post game drink thing 1 tall bottle of Smart Water 1 small can of Static Guard 1 plastic hanger 1 stretchy resistance band with handles 2 neoprene thigh compression sleeves (for the hamstrings)

...I like wearing the black tights that are illeagal for the players to wear (if they are wearing shorts)...my dirty little secret.
 ...oh yes, and compression sleeves for my calves.

I always have two bags in my car, I can always run out to car to get something out of other bag if need be... each bag contains:
One pair shoes One Jacket One Cliff Keen shirt (recommended by JRut himself) One pair pants Towel socks black tights static guard spray foot spray for shoes toilitry bag with regular stuff in it
