And a partridge in a pear tree....

Shoes, 2 pairs (New Balance, in case you were wondering); 2 pairs of socks; 2 pairs of pants; 2 shirts; 2 pairs of compression shorts; 2 Dri-Fit T-shirts; 1 pregame jacket; 1 towel; shaving kit; 1 hidden tailor belt; multiple whistles and lanyards; 1 rulebook/casebook/officials' manual; pregame conference card; extra shoelaces; shoe shine sponge; ball inflation needle; pen; Sharpie; pack of gum; plastic bag for wet clothes; and, small bottle of Tylenol.

Guess I'm a little redundant now that I think about it. Oh well.

I carry most of the usual stuff everyone else has listed plus I carry around a few past evaluations and a list of things that I need to work on. I review them for a few minutes prior to my partner arriving and have a goal or two that I want to work on.

With what I have in my bag, I could leave home and do 3 games easily...I have

band aids
Ibuprophin
tums
pins
shampoo
razors
hair spray
2 pants
3 shirts
2 compression shorts
10 whistles
extra lanyards
1 pair of shoes
3 pair of socks
3 pair of underwear
warm up jacket
towel ( most of the time )
loads of pre games in a folder
my schedule
gum
IAABO rule book
list of phone numbers
directions to schools ( with estimated time from home )
and more....

I tried to lighten it up but then a partner forgot his shirt and I put extras in my bag just in case....

Good man! Support the local economy!

I travel rather light, compartively speaking:
*One pair of shoes (New Balance, of course)
*Two pairs of pants
*Black compression shorts
*UA black undershirt
*Two gray IAABO shirts (our state doesn't do black and white)
*Five black whistles, one pink, a few lanyards
*Rule/case book, pre-game card
*Towel and body/hair wash (unless it's a MS gym with no shower)
*Mio Energy Green Thunder (postgame)
*Bottle of water (though most schools provide)

That is precisely why I solely (pun intended) buy New Balance now.

If only the teams could give NB a return on investment in the win column.

I used to buy only Dexter shoes for the very same reason.

essential tools

All the usual stuff, plus baby powder and a big bottle of ibuprophen -- the greatest aid to middle-aged officials since the Fox 40 made us sound like we are capable of expelling a lungful of air in the second half.
