I enjoy a thorough, interactive pre-game and good constructive criticism on ways to improve my game.
I also like to observe them on the court - their demeanor, the way they talk to coaches and players, their interaction with the table, how they move and report, etc. I have been fortunate to work with some great, experienced P's and hopefully, I take a little bit from each.

There was the person who sent ten puns to friends, with the hope that at least one of the puns would make them laugh. No pun in ten did.
