I'm not disagreeing with you and how you read the case plays. I'm just saying that there is explicit instructions on how to handle this and that it doesn't have to make sense. Just for the record "one" did write a casebook ruling

and got his/hers wishes fulfilled.

hopefully the came with lots of chocolate with macadamia nuts.
