How 'bout being in a position to see the play will allow you to make the call!
Neither the side judge or the back judge were in a good position to see the final play of the Packers v Seahawks game. |

Football officials make calls from 10-20 yards away all the time and this was no exception. Angle over distance and the BJ can see if a player is on the end line from his position and probably could tell multple players would be there. And the SJ can see that play where he was as he was looking into the cluster of players. Even in a 5 person game this was about the best positions you could have asked of these officials. And with 7 they have responsiblities to be in a position, not be somewhere that people think they should be based on personal feelings. Peace
