Throw In
After a made basket by Team A..B can run the baseline. B attempts a throw in but it is blocked by A and knocked OOB.
Question: Can be still run the baseline on the next throw in? My answer was NO!..since ball was legally touched by Team A on the block and thus the throw in was completed. I had a fellow ref argue with me that this was not correct but he did not give me a clear reason why. Thanks!
