I can't stand the " that guy" captain's meeting. It drives me nuts.

I don't care who the speaking captain is. You better know what lines we are using. You better know that handchecking is a foul.

My typical captain's spiel is as follows:
"shirts tucked in, subs to the table, take care of your hammer heads before we have to take care of them... any questions? good luck, have fun"

Every year our exec hounds us to take care of the sub and uniform issues hence the inclusion.
