I only point to the coach or bench if I call a T, but do not know necessarily if that is a good or bad thing. It just something I do when I report to the table. Otherwise I do not "think" I point at the player on the court as usually I do not get tape of these situations.

I rarely call T's and believe it or not am expecting one tomorrow night. Don't want to hijack, but do you always whistle before whacking? |

I've said that before posting certain pictures too.
I rarely point, because as Welpe mentioned, it's usually obvious.
