I'm waiting for tomegun to come along tell us why this is one of the things that makes Bobby Knight a better coach than Dean Smith or Roy Williams. :D

Gosh, Phil Bova going to report the second foul on Darryl Thomas looks like an oldtime wrestler with that walk. Maybe it's the time lapse but everything looks a little cartoonish to me.

Hard to believe those shirts ever looked good, love the belted pants too, I guess good fashion is timeless, just noticed the black official, has a black placket on his shirt while another official doesn't but he has a white T shirt....brings back park district memories of my son's games

I too liked:

- the ole orange plastic chairs
- collared shirts (of which they were all not wearing the same ones)
- hairstyles, and lets not forget those
- short, shorts :cool:

yeah, noticed shirts one had placket, one guy has white t shirt.

First time I've actually seen the incident. I was stationed overseas when it happened. Knight being a straight jerk. His level of jerk-itude will always detract from whatever great coaching he did. He's still a jerk when I hear him announcing games.
