The Rookie:

One of two thing occured: (1) B1 pushed A1 out of bounds, meaning that B1 has committed a CF; or (2) A1 fell out of bounds, which is a violation by A1 and Team B gets the ball for a Throw-in.

It should be noted that the NBA did away with the "force out" decades ago,
