Are you saying there's no foul at all on the play (I can see that) or that the foul was not during a try/tap?

What are you talking about? He was catching a lob pass and trying to dunk the ball in the same motion. He was fouled and that caused the ball to bounce around on the rim before it finally went in. This is a obvious shooting foul at any level.

That is interesting, I had no problem seeing a foul there or why a foul was called. Oh well.
