Maybe if certain people (not mentioning any names) would stop trying to send PMs to people that do not want to talk to them, they might not have to worry about what feature they are allowed to use.

You (generic) know who irritates you and who you irritate. So, if they respond to a thread and you disagree with their answer, just quote and answer the OP (or whatever it's morphed into).
