NCAAW pass/crash
3-person NCAAW mechanics. On a drive to the basket in L's primary, A1 passes to A2 just outside the 3-point line also in L's primary, then crashes into B1. Does L stay with the crash and T picks up the pass?

This is the inherent problem with NCAA-W mechanics. What you stated is correct, but if the L doesn't call the contact s/he must get back on ball ASAP...
Key reason to work as wide as possible as L when working with these mechanics. |

A good T will realize that the L is on a play in the post and therefore cannot get out to the shooter. With a wide angle, the T is able to see the whole play while working their current primary (post play). The T should be able to pick up this 3-point shot while the L works the pass and crash.
