A whole flock of people missed the scoring error.
at the tourney there is an official book, clock person and one book from each team. Also there is an alternate official at the table who is tracking fouls, TO, and AP. This makes the correctable error situation even worse that 4 officials not only let the ball come back into play after the first FT but then they corrected the error anyway after it was to late to correct it. P.S. Some of those same officials are scheduled to call the finals later this week.
