Here's my fave from a youth tournament: Point guard A1 holds the ball near the division line, and B2 D's up on him. A1 pushes B2 back with his elbow, giving me the easy player control foul.

Aghast Coach [parent] A: "He was just trying to clear him out!"

(The same coach later gave me a "you do NOT make that call at the end of the game" on a intentional foul, a bear hug.)
Fixed it for ya. Snaqs style.

After a 12U AAU game, a little old grandpa guy and his wife come up to me and he says, "Nice job!"
I respond, "Thank, you, sir."
Grandpa, "I used to ref . . .butI had enough sense to quit before I went blind . . ."
His wife looked like she wanted to die, as she pulled him toward the door.
I smiled and said, "Sir, you need to go embarrass your wife somewhere else!"

And that's why you shouldn't change the facts in someone's quote. The coach wasn't any older than 23. He was not a parent.

Fixed it for you.

26's point is still valid; this kid was behaving like a parent. And you have no idea if he was a parent or not unless you know him personally.

You're 0-for-3, Snaq.

Nowhere in Gap's reply did he use the word "behaving."

I know that wasn't the case, because I was the only one on this forum that was actually there. You're entitled to your own opinion, but you're never entitled to your own facts.

You should really cease with playing this stupid game of putting words in people's mouths. It can't end well.
