Successive Timeouts
As far as I know, the rules only mention successive timeouts when banning them with 0's on the clock at the end of the game (or before extra period begins). Implication is they are allowed at any other time, and certainly we see this happen. Team A calls timeout, tries to inbound, 4 seconds in takes a timeout.
Any reason they should even have to break the huddle? Had a MS game this afternoon. Came to fetch a team from their timeout huddle. Coach said, "I want another one." Gave it to her. Felt weird, but maybe just because I hadn't seen it before. |

I wouldn't break them out of the timeout. I'd just tell the timer to start the next timeout as soon as the first timeout ended.

And so I did. The other team was already on the floor, so they went back to their bench and looked bored for a bit.
