Only that if the coach refuses to send his shooter to the line, it's a T. Interestingly, this is listed as a player T (10-3-5c), but which player do you give this to for T-shots?

His shooter is also free to violate if he doesn't want to shoot the free throws.

Just a general question here, is it really worth going through the pomp and circumstance if the coach instructs his player to step over the line and violate? Skip the details and move straight to the throw-in?
