Last Second shot

Setting the stage for the following clip.....Game is in overtime with about 7 seconds left. Red team just got a bucket and a foul to tie the game at 60, with a free throw to come that will give them the lead. From there I'll leave it up to you fellas to do your job of breaking it down and sharing your thoughts/advice. Thanks.

What's the issue? Looked ok to me, though I couldn't hear exactly when the buzzer went off.

Everything looked gravy to me.

Ball is out of his hands. Count it.

Though I think the clock started early after the FT.

Red team's bench personnel shouldn't be standing during the FT attempt.

White team's bench personnel shouldn't be standing during the final shot attempt.

Other then that, I don't see any problems.

From what I could tell, the shot was released prior to the buzzer. None of the officials seemed to have a problem with it and one of them signaled a valid three point shot.

What exactly is your question? Did you think the shot went off late or perhaps the table didn't start the clock promptly?

Actually, two made the signal. And one held it so long it was like he was posing for a picture.

Trail opposite need not signal 3 point attempt out of his area.

Looked good to me, loved how one reff at the end had to almost run to get away from the crowd!

If he's responsible for the last second shot, he might do it.

Don't think he did signal a 3...looks like he put his hand up at the horn as he was opposite table and had clock responsibilities...and then he mirrored the made 3 point signal, which he should do.

Clark Kent - what are you questioning here?

Maybe he had clock duties that night...
