Jump ball or violation?

FED rules. With team A in team control in it's frontcourt, A1 and B1 both grab a pass at the exact same time. A1 has one of his feet in his backcourt. Choose from the following options:

A) jump ball
B) backcourt violation on team A
C) other
D) let your partner make the call
