I'm picturing a pre-game lineup with all the players such as they do in youth soccer where the ref walks along while the kids pound on their shins to demonstrate that they actually have their shin guards on. In this case you would have the players lift up their uniforms (not too high!!!) and check for the belly rings. I know there are other parts where piercings can occur. I think those are better left unexplored!
