NCAA Women's

Anyone know the best place to find NCAA women's rules and mechanics books? I will be doing some NCAA JV games this season and need to prepare.

CCA Manual...REFEREE, the Magazine for Sports Officials

Referee Magazine prints the CCA Manuals.

I wish they'd sell the mechanics manuals as PDF files. I wouldn't mind paying, but I'd like the convenience of being able to carry it the same way I carry all the other books. And being able to search is a huge plus over any printed book.
