Actually, they are not at all the same....and proper dosing is completely different.

Advil, Motrin, and Nuprin are all common brand names for the generic ibuprofen.

Aleve, and Naprosyn are two common brand names for naproxen.

The two groups are NOT the same and have very different dosing instructions. It would not be a good idea to confuse the two.
