For whatever reason the newer officials were having a chronic problem with proper positioning on an front court end line throw in. Apparently they were positioning themselves between the player and the basket, rather than being outside the player. So he came up with this catchy little saying to help them remember they need to be outside the player, with the player towards the basket. I found it amusing and decided to make it my signature.
