Wore the new stuff last night

Used the new Smitty pants last night and the new noose. Like the way the Smitty's feel but had to change at half-time because even though I got the size 2" smaller than before they were still too big! I was pulling them up all half. Thank God a had an old belted pair in the bag and a belt. Gotta get those taken in today!!!!! The noose I can take or leave.

Did you try them on before you bought them or before you hemmed them?

Tanner.... just until I get these fixed and my new 36" ones come in. I'm not going to do HS games in a belt unless I've lost more and have to have it to keep my pants up.

Rut... Yes, and they were fine if I was just wearing them for dress, but when I started running and twisting the waistband started to give some.., and add into the factors the slick polyester shirt so by the end of the first half my shirt tail was coming out and it was obvious they were too big. (I did Welmer proud pulling these babies up!) My seamstress took one look and said we need 2" out of the waist in these. I just forgot that when buying beltless they need to be tighter than regular dress pants
