Help Before Observation

In 2 man mechanics:

1) Where is the area of coverage on free throws?
2) If you are not shooting for a foul, when you report do you actually say the location of the throw in. Or just point after giving the number, and reason for foul?
3) And 1 more. On a throw in. If the ball is thrown and A1 jumps in the air, controls possession, then lands in the backcourt. I understand no violation but is the reason for the allowance only for the first person to touch the ball. In other words if the ball deflected off of B1's head and went into the air and A1 gains possession and then lands in the backcourt. Would this be a VIOLATION for the ball touching B1 and then A1 gaining possession after it being in the frontcourt?
