1. Depends on where you live.
2. At the table I just say it (sideline/endline) at the spot immediately after my whistle, I point as well as say it. Partners should be the first to know.
3. Yes, mainly because the throw-in ended with B1s touch. If A1 simply touched the ball & it goes into the back court, he can go get it. No possession...
