Actually. No. They didn't have a listing for Canadian shipping rates. When I emailed them they couldn't even give an approximate cost for a few shirts. That's why I asked someone from the same province as myself.

Shipping for Canadian orders is about 12 bucks.

shirt sizes

How do the sizes run on these shirts? I bought a Honig XL a while back and it is VERY small, certainly not larger than a size Large. It is a 100% Poly. I want to get a couple of the micro-mesh and I normally wear an XL in T-shirts but I'll get a XXL if these sizes run small also.
