Kinda confused with the wording on this misunderstood rule:

Player must have something in and nothing out and it is not necessary to have both feet back inbounds...... Huh? Can someone give an example of this?

Player saves the ball and falls OOB. Players is only required to have 1 foot back inbounds (other foot can be in the air) to legally touch the ball
again.

A1 has throw-in. After throw-in A1 steps inbounds with 1 foot and still has 2nd foot in the air when A2 passes the ball back to him. A1 can legally catch the ball.
