OT-Article on Questionable Calls in NBA

Did anyone see the 3 second call on Garnett in the 3rd period tonight? Boston inbounds the ball after a Laker basket, Rondo dribble up the floor. At the 20 second mark on the shot clock, "Tweet," 3 seconds.

The call was correct. Does anyone know why?
