In response to the callign official enterign the lane, that was removed mid season this year. I am a ref in North Carolina and we received in our booking slips a memo from Dick Knox(Chairman of the Federation rules committie) saying that only the lead official will announce free throws. Consequently, i must assume that this is going to be a national change.
