If you are trying to guess what rules will change next year, you can probably bet we will change the timeouts to conform with the college protocol. This seems to be the procedure over the past few years.
BTW - I'll bet an autographed dartboard of Bobby Knight that "rough play" will be a point of emphasis for what seems like the millionth straight year.
