I know you were asking varsity , but my girls JV 2 weeks ago had 2 for them and 1 for us......for the whole game.

On a side note, 26 held ball whistles that night.

Game tonight we only had 9 fouls total for the 1st half and 8 for the second - no bonus for either team in either half. The game went 58 minutes wire to wire.

I did a GJV game a couple of years ago. Two all girls Cathoic Schools with excellent programs. One has been state champ before the other one is up and coming. They hate each other. Best GJV game I ever saw. Not one travel call the whole game. Neither team came close to the bonus.Score was tied at the end of each of the first three quarters. HT won by 2 and the VT missed a 3 to win at the buzzer. Both coaches used all their time outs. Game was over in 55 minutes.

BV a few months ago. I called the first foul of the game in the middle of the second quarter. As soon as I got into the locker room, one of my partners told me it was a nickel-dimer and that I could've passed on it (the kid was pulled to the floor during rebounding and my partner did laugh right after). That opened the floodgates and we ended up with about 20 for the game.

I know who worked the home team's next game and there were only 12 fouls that entire game.

Well, I had no reason to post in this thread...until tonight that is. First half was normal, a little on the light side perhaps, one team in bonus, the other right around 5 or so.

Second half...

0-0 thru the third. First one called with about 3:30 left in the fourth. Ended up 4-0. One of the guys never went to the table and had two just two OOB whistles the entire half.
