He posted that in the "t" thread, a coach said to him " Learn the rule"

I'd challenge any , I mean ANY, coach to a rules test and I bet I can beat over 90% of them. I bet most of us on this board could get a better score than over 90% of them.

I take pride in the test, the last 3 years I have gotten over 90% on the test, 94, 91 and 96 this year.


I do wish they had to take a test so they could understand that we do know the rules.

In Wisconsin, the coaches are suppose to take the test just like the officials.

When a coach challenges you on a rule, try this:

"Coach, let's make a bet. I have a rulebook in my bag and we'll look it up. If you're right, I'll give you $100. But if I'm right, you have to go out into the parking lot and hand wash my car - OK, is it a bet?"

I've haven't had a coach take me up on this yet.
